At 42, he is the youngest <a href=\"#\/\" data-toggle=\"tooltip\" title=\"leader and the most important person in government\">head of government<\/a> in over 200 years. Sunak is the first British Prime Minister who has Asian <a href=\"#\/\" data-toggle=\"tooltip\" title=\"where someone's family comes from\">origins<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Sunak won the <a href=\"#\/\" data-toggle=\"tooltip\" title=\"here: fight between two or more people about who is to become the leader of the party\">leadership battle<\/a> of the Conservative Party after Liz Truss had <a href=\"#\/\" data-toggle=\"tooltip\" title=\"to step down  from an official position ; to quit\">resigned<\/a>, being only <a href=\"#\/\" data-toggle=\"tooltip\" title=\"here: being Prime Minister\">in office<\/a> for only 6 weeks . Two other <a href=\"#\/\" data-toggle=\"tooltip\" title=\"person who fights with others for an official position\">contenders<\/a>, Penny Mordaunt and <a href=\"#\/\" data-toggle=\"tooltip\" title=\"some time ago, earlier\">former<\/a> Prime Minister Boris Johnson, <a href=\"#\/\" data-toggle=\"tooltip\" title=\"not to be a candidate any more; give up\">dropped out<\/a> of the race.
